ORDERING INFORMATION

This site is equipped with a secure shopping cart so you may order on line in confidence. We accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, VISA or Master Card), checks, and money orders.

You have several ordering options:

  1. Use the shopping cart - it's easy and secure.
  2. Call our toll free number: 1-888-350-3437.If no one is available to accept your call, please leave your name and phone number and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
  3. Send an E-Mail listing the item(s) you want and the number of each along with your name, address, phone number and any special instructions to franreilly@earthlink.net. Please DO NOT include credit card information in your E-Mail.

We will confirm your order by E-Mail or telephone with the total cost including shipping charges.

The shopping cart ships via UPS, but we prefer to ship USPS Priority mail because it is cheaper and will contact you with the amount charged to your card. We will ship by any other shipping method you request. If you prefer COD, carrier fees will be itemized in the shipping charges.

If you prefer not to use the shopping cart, you may give us your credit card information over the phone (do not include it in an E-Mail) or tell us that you will be sending a check or Money Order.

We will ship your order as soon as possible - checks (made payable to So Get Real, LLC) must clear before we can ship your order.

We stand behind our products and your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know at once, and return it for a full refund.

Just let us know if you want items to be sent to another person and we will be happy to satisfy your request. We will contact you if we have questions because your order is very important to us and we want to get it just right.

To repeat some important information from the About Us page:

  1. Please be aware that each hand crafted ceramic item is unique and, while we keep some of each on hand at all times, we do not have every item in every possible color all the time. If the item you have requested is not in stock, we will call and tell you what we have in stock and how soon we can create your selection. We can also consider special requests depending on our available time and your needs.
  2. The jewelry items pictured are representative of what we create. Again, each hand crafted item is unique and we may no longer have the specific item you requested. If this is the case, we will call and tell you what we have available in the color and style you chose.
  3. Do be aware that chocolate does not ship well in warm weather and we would prefer not to attempt it. If you insist, we will do the best we can, but we cannot guarantee the result.
    Finally – be assured that we DO NOT share information with anyone for any purpose ever.
